Handcrafted Jaggery from Bijnor is prized for its high sucrose content and rich flavor. At Gudluu, we reject modern industrial shortcuts like Sulfur Dioxide bleaching or Phosphoric Acid clarification.
Instead, we use Sukhlai. By adding the natural mucilage of the Okra (Bhindi) plant to the boiling sugarcane juice, impurities are naturally separated and skimmed off. This results in a cleaner, more authentic sweetener that is commonly preferred by families looking to reduce refined sugar intake.
