These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website www.gudluu.com and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

📦 Products & Orders

  • Natural Characteristics: Gudluu products are natural food items. Slight variations in color, texture, or taste are normal and do not qualify as defects.
  • All orders placed on the website are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Unauthorized resale of Gudluu products on platforms such as Amazon or Flipkart without written permission is prohibited.

💳 Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Netbanking).
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. In case of payment failure where amount is deducted, refunds are processed automatically by the gateway within 5-7 working days.
  • Prices shown include packaging costs. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours from Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–8 working days, depending on the delivery location.
  • No Cancellation After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, even if the delivery is delayed due to courier logistics.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Delivery is deemed complete once the courier partner confirms delivery to the provided address.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control (force majeure) such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

🛑 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Note: As jaggery is a perishable food product, returns based on taste or personal preference are not accepted.
  • Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
  • Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged or opened, please WhatsApp us a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Disclaimer & Liability

  • Consumption: Gudluu products are intended for general consumption. Consumers are advised to check ingredients and consume responsibly. Health benefits mentioned are traditional and not medical advice.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gudluu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer.
  • Terms Version: The Terms applicable at the time of order placement shall govern that specific order.

Ownership: All content, logos, and branding are the property of Gudluu. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India.
