Refund Policy

At Gudluu, we take pride in delivering pure, natural jaggery directly from the farm. However, we understand that issues can sometimes happen during transit.

This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing, you agree to both documents.

🛑 Eligibility Window

Important: As Jaggery is a perishable food item, standard "return for any reason" policies do not apply.
  • Damaged/Wrong Items: Returns are accepted ONLY if the product arrives unsealed, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Reporting Time: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after this window cannot be verified with courier partners.
  • Proof Required: Clear photos or a video of the damaged package/product are mandatory for processing claims.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Taste/Texture Preference: Natural jaggery varies in color and taste by batch. This is a sign of purity, not a defect.
  • Opened Packets: Unless there is visible fungal growth or foreign objects proven via photo evidence.
  • Delayed Delivery: Courier delays caused by weather or local strikes.

📲 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: WhatsApp us immediately at +91 98505 95655.
  2. Share Details: Provide your Order ID and Photo Proof of the damage.
  3. Verification: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  4. Resolution: If approved, we will offer a Free Replacement or a Full Refund.

💸 Refund Timeline

  • Method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, Wallet).
  • Processing Time: Once approved, the refund is initiated within 24 hours.
  • Bank Reflection: It typically takes 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policy.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped for a 100% refund.
  • After Dispatch: Once the tracking number is generated, orders cannot be cancelled.
