1. Eligibility Window
- 7 days from delivery for defective/damaged items.
- Food products must be returned unopened and unused, unless you received a defective item.
2. Not Eligible
- Opened or partially consumed food items (unless quality defect is proven).
- Items damaged due to misuse, poor storage after delivery, or non-compliance with instructions.
3. How to Request

- Share your order ID, photos/videos of the product and packaging, and a brief description.
- We will review and confirm eligibility. If approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.
4. Refund or Replacement
- Depending on stock availability and your preference, we’ll process a replacement or a refund.
- Refunds (if approved) are issued to your original payment method or via UPI within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we bear return shipping.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you may need to bear shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, please follow this policy for returns.
