🛑 Eligibility Window
Important: As Jaggery is a perishable food item, standard "return for any reason" policies do not apply.
- Damaged/Wrong Items: Returns are accepted ONLY if the product arrives unsealed, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- Reporting Time: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after this window cannot be verified with courier partners.
- Proof Required: Clear photos or a video of the damaged package/product are mandatory for processing claims.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Taste/Texture Preference: Natural jaggery varies in color and taste by batch. This is a sign of purity, not a defect.
- Opened Packets: Unless there is visible fungal growth or foreign objects proven via photo evidence.
- Delayed Delivery: Courier delays caused by weather or local strikes.

💸 Refund Timeline
- Method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, Wallet).
- Processing Time: Once approved, the refund is initiated within 24 hours.
- Bank Reflection: It typically takes 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policy.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped for a 100% refund.
- After Dispatch: Once the tracking number is generated, orders cannot be cancelled.
