Who we are

Gudluu is a farm-direct food brand from the Bijnor district of Western Uttar Pradesh — a region that sits in the heart of the Ganga Basin and has been growing sugarcane for centuries. We are a family of farmers who grew tired of watching the jaggery sold in cities bear no resemblance to what came out of our own farms.

We started Gudluu in 2023 with a simple mission: bring unprocessed, chemical-free jaggery directly to Indian families — without middlemen, without warehouses, without compromise. Every batch we ship is made fresh and packed within 48 hours of production.

Did you know that most jaggery sold in India today is treated with sulphur dioxide, sodium hydrosulphite, or other bleaching agents? These chemicals give it a uniform golden colour and extended shelf life — but at the cost of the very thing that makes jaggery valuable: its natural minerals, trace elements, and purity.

Real jaggery — the kind our grandparents used — is dark, earthy, and slightly irregular in colour. It tastes complex, not just sweet. It does not curdle your tea or milk. It melts smoothly. It smells like warm sugarcane on a winter morning.
